Olive gold is an olive oil having super oxygen as an essential part in its chemical composition. It has monounsaturated fat and antioxidants like chlorophyll and carotenoids abundantly. Vitamins A, B-1, B-2, C, D, E and K and iron are also present in it. It is obtained from olive trees which are considered very sacred in many countries of the world.

The importance of olive trees is because of its oil which humans are using for centuries for its healing powers. It is believed that one of the main reasons the Mediterranean diet is thought to be one of the healthiest in the world is that olive gold is being used in them.

Olives are treated with heat, refined with lye, filtered and chilled to obtain olive gold. It is made from the finest olives. High temperature or heat and pull more oil out of the original source but heat destroy the health-giving antioxidants in the oil.

Olive gold is famous for is good fragrance and taste. It is also used as a medicine for the cure of many diseases and problems of skin and bones. Commercial production of it is still not sufficient. The need of the hour is to increase its production to meet the demand of the world.
