We feel anxiety our whole life, even those that don't have the real problem, have experienced anxiety at least 15 minutes a day. When we have an important meeting, and we know that, everything depends on us. There are many common symptoms of Anxiety we go through.

For example, the walls are closing, or maybe we have many debts to pay off, and we just might loose our job if we mess up with the presentation. Some of the common symptoms of Anxiety might actually happen in very un threatening situations such as having a date in the evening. There are many reasons for this, but one is that the problem is in our mind. So we really like the person and would want it to work, but we are terrified of how it is going to play out. The good anxieties are the once when we feel butterflies in our stomach. This is anxiety even though some people decided to name it a bit nicer. So what are we talking about? Do we all have problems with anxiety?

I am sure that there are at least ten more similar occasions that I can list in order to show you what anxiety is all around, and how it is present in our every day life. But we have to make a difference between a simple symptom of every day anxiety that passes during a short period of time and the some that have a more serious anxiety disorder symptoms that are a lot more serious and require the help from the professionals.

The first way you know you are getting into something serious is when you feel scared, and literally freaking out. If you feel like you cannot handle the stress on your own any more, you must seek help professional help. Anxiety disorders develop from too much anxiety and stress in your life. Whether ever you have a stressful job, or a lot of people depending on you, a too much pressure in your life will do that to you. You have to understand that you cannot take care of everything. Something to keep in mind is that anxiety disorders are a lot more serious than your every day's stress and anxiety. There is a major difference is that everyday anxiety might even help you function, but the anxiety disorder does not.

They are followed by some severe problems and symptoms. Usually the disorder is recognized by the appropriate symptoms, and the fact that you are letting anxiety take hold of your life. Symptoms are usually the same for all, but still some tend to experience some unique symptoms. Here are some of the most common anxiety symptoms, ones that you can look for.

Emotional symptoms are a bit tricky since you can have these symptoms in the common situations, but remember if it crosses the border of normal every day stress only than can it be considered an anxiety disorder. Feelings of apprehension or dread, trouble with concentrating, feeling tense and jumpy, always anticipating the worst, feeling of restlessness, constantly watching for the signs of danger and the feeling that your mind has gone blank. Usually these emotional symptoms take a hold of your every day life activities, in so much an extent that you no longer worry about anything but only of your feelings, worries and fear. To sum it up actually, the top three most common anxiety disorders are the Constant worry, fear and un emotional stress. In addition, some most common physical symptoms are the pounding of your heart, sweating, stomach upset or dizziness, frequent urination or diarrhea, shortness of breath, tremors and switches, muscle tension, headaches, insomnia are the most common symptoms that your body produces as a respond to your emotions.

Again, I have to underline that there is a difference between anxiety, and anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders prevent you from leading a normal life, whatever normal may mean to you. The anxiety disorder is treatable in 100 % of all people that suffer from it, so don't ignore them, better try to solve them. And basically these most common symptoms of Anxiety will not let you lead a normal life.
